Depends if they list *Champion or NGK? I doubt they use the same plug but I've been using NGK Iridiums in the 916 and had no bother whatsoever and I can't remember when I last changed them. * Champion for your lawnmower, NGK for your bike.
No , I think I’ve got the ngk iridium CR9EIX fitted , I’ve heard standard plugs might be better that’s why I’m asking
The standard Champions are fine and are easier to fit without needing to take a grinder to the plug socket. The NGK equivalent also has a different electrode arrangement iirc. I think it's sunk deeper into the plug body and hence doesn't project into the combustion chamber as far as the Champion.
