So.... Im off to Sunny Italy next month, and have exhausted all Google/ YouTube links imaginable for bike related meets etc.... I've got the route all planned, with the usual tourist locations of The Vatican,Colossium, down to Pompei,The Amalfi coast, then up to VR46,San Marino, and Venice etc...... But has anyone, got any biker haunts/meets/locations that are worth a visit whilst im there ???? As struggling to find anything random bike related,as the Moto Guzzi museum is closed until September, although the Ducati Museum is definitely on my list.... Any recommendations, very much appreciated.
Guinness on tap, what's not to like.... Thank you for the heads up,as will be riding past Rimini,so rude not too Cheers again

Ducati museum and factory tour. Has to be pre-booked, or it did when I visited. look for agriturismo restaurants. IMO best steaks in the world are to be had in Italy
Cheers for the heads up,as the Ducati Museum is on my to do list, but unfortunately the factory tours wont commence until July.... But cheers again
Wow..... At this rate,im going to have to extend my trip by another week.... As Passo Muraglione looks far too good to miss out on !!! Much appreciated
The Ducati museum and factory tour is no money and I really enjoyed it. The store is a little way away, but walking distance.
It’s misleading on the Ducati website. Go into the factory tour AND museum option and you can book for dates before July 14th. If you arrive on a Ducati you can park in the factory carpark. If you are a member of DOCGB (or any DOC) take your membership card (or use the MyDucati App) and the factory tour is just €2. The museum is always free (to date).
Worth a visit, but looks like you have enough - agree Lucca is nice. https://www.museopiaggio.it/ I think you need to book a time but it's free (well voluntary contribution)
Hi mate... I have been back on the Ducati website, but still can't find anything before 14th July..... I know WDW is the weekend before,so kinda figured they are flat out on that lol.... Will still visit the museum, and ask the question.... P.s..... Will be arriving on a Suzuki,so will probably be in some far away overflow carpark !! But cheers again
I'll second that, it's on the futa pass. If you go, have a look at the stickers on the doorway, let me know if the "murrays motorcycle museum iom" sticker i stuck on the doorway is still there. It were a good while ago though
Personally I want to go and see the Matterhorn. I think it takes a bit of effort to get there - at the end of a dead end valley and then back. Not sure you can just see it from the car park - might have to get off the bike and - walk Make the effort to go and see it one day.
