Brno Moto Gp (spoilers)

  1. As long as MotoGP Sports Entertainment (previously known as Dorna) and Liberty steadfastly try to short change the Manufacturers and Teams by excluding them from sharing in the projected increased profits from the sport moving forward, it’ll be down to the wire and brinkmanship, mark my words. 2. Read this earlier, made me want to pull my own teeth out..

  3. “Liberty aren’t in it for a quick profit” :joy: and if you believe that, you are living in cloud cuckoo land. Just turning the sport into one big marketing opportunity like they have done to F1. The future of MotoGP and WorldSBK is being sold down the river. Andy

    Another one..

“MotoGP has never lacked jeopardy. What it has lacked, until now, is a unified articulation of what that jeopardy means”

    Just fuck off pls.

  5. So, goodbye Phillip Island, WorldSBK will move to the Bend Motorsport Park in South Australia from 2028. Didn’t see that coming ….. much. Gav waxing lyrical about the heritage of Phillip Island circuit without any recognition of the challenges and cost of its location. Andy

  6. Can we bin silverstone off for brands now then pls?
Straight off the boats into Kent, none of that m25/m1 roadworks welcome to the uk nightmare for the poor teams. ;)

  8. Get the moto 2 and moto 3 boys in the paddock so we can all have a good nosey :joy:

  9. You know that’s not going to happen. There is no way MSVR can turn the GP circuit in to FIM Grade A and even if JP had the money, the local council won’t approve it. Way too many NIMBYs. The 2026 British round is the final year of Silverstone’s contract with MotoGP Entertainment and I doubt very much, given the BDRC’s history with them, Silverstone will be in the running. Short of no British round, which is very possible, you have to hope the rumours about the redevelopment of Donington are true and JP is prepared to swallow his pride and suck up to Liberty. 10. Donny’s an even bigger ballache to get to (and out of) than Silverstone.

  11. A far better spectacle though.

  12. Imagine it was a needs must situation, got to get on with 2027 at some point have they, were already over halfway through the year.

  13. That really does depend on where you live and your choice of road traveling to Donnington.

I agree that the actual getting in and out of is a gynormous kick in the bollocks though.

Brands for me is just a big fat no chance, as is Silverstone.
