This might be going 2 ways. The first and most likely is they could be simply trying to get you to click a link and give them some details. Or, more worryingly, and not unheard of, is it could be that somebody is trying to get a mortgage on your property using your details. If this is the case you need to ensure it’s properly recorded that it’s not you and not legitimate. Get back on to Nationwide and get them to acknowledge in writing that there is no legitimate reason for a Mortgage being applied for on your property and it’s not you who’s applying.
I set up an activity alert with the Land Registry. It’s absolutely free and I get an email if anyone tries to access my land registry record. Andy
I don’t understand the evolution of the domestic dog. It seems to have worked in reverse. For millennia and until very recently, they existed solely on scraps and refuse, so how come almost every fucking thing that humans eat is likely to kill them? Onions, garlic, grapes, raisins, cooked bones, chocolate, potatoes, tomatoes - all dangerous to dogs to some degree!
As already said; sign up for Land Registry alerts. More important if mortgage free. Horror stories of people having their houses sold from under them with know or little redress in some cases.

Natural History Museum today for the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition. Absolutely brilliant, if you fancy it, be quick; closes on the 12th of July.
Emptied out the soak away at work this afternoon. I'm knackered now. Hopefully it will now soak away !. I get all the best jobs , meant to be a van driver!!
Driven for 3.5 hours in the camper van Currently in a field near Alnmouth. Back in the 1800’s my great grandfather worked in the coal mine near here.
Jet washed my block paved patio. I hate this job. Then lightly jet washed the decking. Looked inside the hot tub, that needs a good clean, a new cover and new jets. That won’t get done then!
