Right now, at 33C in the middle of the UK it doesn't seem all that funny.

 

The problem is there ars too many people pushing their own itineraries to believe everything that has been said. Yes its hot, its summer. It was bloody cold 6 months ago.
Is the climate changing due to human activity? Probably.
Are other factors involved. Yes. Which has the most effect?
One theory about warmer summers is that now pollution has dropped, more of the sunshine energy reaches the surface. Which is a different way to look at things.
