Opens tiny violin case.... Marc Marquez “will certainly struggle” but warns German MotoGP “different” to Assen | Crash.net
All three Brits straight through to q2 quali tmrw in moto 3 and it seems to be becoming quite the norm. Without being greedy, any chance of a podium amongst you pls lads?
And that’s the title done and dusted https://www.crash.net/motogp/news/1...-germany-motogp-needs-surgery-after-big-crash
Come on Bez can’t let him and his cult win https://www.crash.net/motogp/news/1...chi-undergoes-surgery-silverstone-motogp-hope
They were talking about Ducatis 100 year celebrations at Goodwood this weekend on the moto gp comms and m Lav said Ducati used to 3d print 20 chassis a season for Dovi etc to “test out” while he was racing. Throw enough shit at a wall etc..
Not sure he’s in a position to race anyway but I get his point. Someone needs to sit out new overlords down and show them races from 15-20 years ago and do a compare contrast of the crowd size and hopefully let them work it out for themselves. Barring that, ram it down their throats.
The tyre carry on is rubbish and I totally agree with Crutchlow. Let’s hope next season does away with it altogether. Another thing that winds me up is the contracts. Mid season ,chaos breaks out regarding who’s going where , fighting for seats blah blah blah. I just find it irritating and distracting so lord knows what it does to the riders themselves. It’s getting almost like the football transfer window now. Silly season for sure.
Agree. Also the riders will have done the full season, so a deal would be done knowing this, as opposed to results from a half-season or even less.
Indeed. Probably the biggest issue for spoiling the last two years of “racing”. At times wondering wtaf is going on, with riders hanging back…even dropping behind someone to get heat in the tyre. One point I made, how pissed off would people be if we have a rider finish one point in front of another…claiming the championship…just to have it rescinded half an hour later. Its bullshit, the teams know it, the riders know it. I suspect Dorna know it. Im guessing (as I dont know.) that the rule can be dumped for next year as power and performance is reduced? Hoping that racing becomes better to watch as a result. Hoping that it doesnt go downhill and become a bore fest like the cars did a few years back.
Pretty sure I read an article a few months back saying it will be continued next year despite the rules changes.
