Best Footpegs for 1198

Discussion in '848 / 1098 / 1198' started by bootsam, Nov 13, 2013.

  1. For a standard 1198. The OEM ones are a pile of poop. I can't stretch to some fancy rear sets just yet, so in the meantime I can get some better pegs. What do people recommend?

  3. I bought a set on evil bay from a 1098r. pure class. they are on the ducati parts list.will take pics for you. I do agree the standard ones are dangerously slippy.

  4. Winter's coming fast, Santa will be here soon, save the pennies and drop some hints if it's rear sets you want. :upyeah:

  5. Agreed, OEM are shite. Very slippy as you say. I've got the DP rearsets on mine which are tops, but bloody expensive. Loads to choose from. JHP do a very good set that seem to replicate the DP ones. Might be worth a butchers.

  9. For value, performance and ease of use these little beggars CNC Ducati 748/916/996/998 Rearsets footpegs foot pedal | eBay Just slot one of the retaining bolt holes a couple mm with a rat tail file and your sorted. Not tacky, not expensive and very functional. Save yourself a heap of money by not buying bits meccanno junk that is more bling than functional,
