post mounted Tie wrap clips

  1. Hi all,
I have noticed that a few of the plastic clips that hold the loom in place to the frame on my MTS1200 are broken.
These fit on posts on the frame, sliding over a T shaped stud.
I am expecting they are the same clips used on most of the range now.

Anyoe know who makes them or where to get them ?
I am expecting the dealer will sell them, but at some daft price  so looking for alternative sources.

Thanks in advance for your replies.

    Many thanks,
    John.

  2. can you take a photo please John?

  3. They're 60 or 70 pence a piece John

  4. Not got a picture to hand, will take a few tonight.
they are used to secure the loom to the trellis frame, both sides of the engine.

Just rang the dealer, pleasantly surprised as they were only 68p each (unlike the rubber boot for the bleed nipples, that are nearly 8 quid !) so bought what I need.
for those Interested part number is 8804 0671A (might be 8504, can't read my own hand writing ! Lol)

  5. Thanks Nelly, one of the more sensibly priced bits ;)
    all the best.
