Try eBay, there used to be a seller on there who sold them by the handful quite cheaply as they were for race bikes.

 

You could also try Halfords as a bicycle bar end is the same internal diameter, they cost about £3 a pair.

 

I have mine off my SF 1098, are they the same size?
