Hi all, As mentioned in Forum Sugestions: To keep track of members around us and to arrange meets, ride outs or anything else we have a members map. It is seperate to the forum but will be a handy guide to where everyone lives. Follow the link below to view the map. Ducati Forum Members Map How to add my location --------------------------- In the left corner click "Additions" and add simple marker Just add your forum name, location and avatar pic and then submit the marker With this limited info we don't run the risk of giving away your bikes location but gives a general idea of member locations. Rob....if I guess right you location is show pretty accurately? I would advise against putting your mark on your exact address, plonk it half a mile or so from home and never quote a post code.......just to be on the safe side and not give the thieving scroats too much of an idea where to find what they're after ;-)
No, my pin shows my town not the exact address. I'd advise anyone to state their location as their town or somewhere near. Don't use exact co-ordinates!! Rob. EDIT - It shows my location as the train station which is about 1 mile from me :biggrin:
Corrected that for you lol TIP: I think what's happening is that on adding a new marker you hit the submit button after entering your details, a dialogue pops up giving you a 'editing link' (copy that;-) which you ok but the original new marker dialogue stays open..........hit CLOSE and not the submit button ;-) You can use the editing link to drag and drop your marker if needs be.

They'll be directly under the pins you can see.....if you kept a note of the 'edit link' you were given you could drag and drop to see......may even be able to delete your own duplicates, not sure on that. I'm sure Rob will sort it all out.....and deduct you a few points for his trouble! lol
I was trying to set it up using an iPad but don't recall the pop up with the edit link. Never mind I can live with 6 alter ego's, all living at the same place. I can live with the points deducted thing too, it doesn't really do that much for me. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
