I did not know that, but thanks for posing the thought. Never occurred to me, to put radishes in stews or asa veg accompaniment . I must say, I have this mentality that salad vegetables are best when fresh, hence sprinkling the radishes on my special K in the morning, cheese pickle and radish sandwich for lunch, pre dinner martini with a radish garnish ( different to the boring old olive..), and a tuna/pasta/radish bake for supper. Talisker and radish snifter before retiring. (Did i say i lived near a wind farm?) That every day, soon saw off the radish glut, just need a broad bean recipe next... Three cherries still hanging on on tree....

Ran around like a headless chicken praying I could get the girlfriend's 400RR fixed after the inlet cam let go with only 4 days to go before we are due at Brands Hatch. She's had a difficult day with her daughter going into hospital at 6:30 this morning to have teeth removed although it all went well, then I have to give her the bad news. Hopefully the day has been saved and the engine I'm going to pick up in Derby tomorrow will have a good inlet cam in it. Andy
