748 748r Rear Seat Cowl Decals!!???

  1. Hi guys I've got a lovely red 748R and have seen some on the web with the black decal running up the side of the seat cowl following the line from the carbon airbox. Mine, rather annoyingly does not have these.
    Does anyone know if these are available anywhere!?

    He probably means the black painted side on the seat, that follows the airbox.

  5. Is it painted? I thought it was masked off carbon?

    998R = Carbon (complete assy) with a clear coat

  8. Simple and cheap... Buy some carbon wrap (e-bay) and cut your own. It should cost less than a tenner and look perfect and leave off cuts for small components.

  9. Or don't put on tacky stick on stuff and keep it the was it was made. As the 748R never had anything stuck to it.

  11. Its met grey paint with a very fine line sticker edging...same with the cut out round the lights.

  13. I think this was a feature on the 02 748r only. With the late slab fairings.
