Don't really think it's over engineered ,very handy for us in suburban areas,it looks like it might be tight on space with a mutley etc,but a great idea,is there room for the TV,then I can move in.

 

needs enclosed not mesh bottom, so it looks like normal shed

 

Nar it's better for ventilation, metal sheds are notorious for condensation problems.

I've been looking, cant find anything like it..

I did spot these, which are kind of cool..

 

Call me old fashioned but if he had a shed with a door at either end he could ride in, get off, walk out and shut the door. also if he had the room for this he would have room for a wider shed that he could get 2 bikes in or sit in the dry and fettle with it.

It is a nifty solution to a non problem if you ask me (and I agree its over engineered - imagine getting the base to slide in after a couple of years when its full of dead leaves)
