There is something rather Victorian about focussing so morbidly on death, bereavement, and intense emotional reactions to death. In some military families there have been deaths in action in successive generations; if the film makers had made an equivalent film about one of them, would it have been acceptable?
Your not the only one who's confused OZZ. I am sure I have already seen this on T.V , could have been one of my trips into an alternative reality though!
When we were kids racing 250's down country lanes we all wanted to be Joey, I still find his death the hardest to accept.
It started well, but turned into another rehash of old Joey/TT footage. Still better than that "why we ride" bollox!
