  5. A mate of mine once built a Guzzi from scratch in an upstairs room...................then almost completely dismantled it to get it out of the house...........

    .......he reassembled it outside, then kept in a joined outhouse (and old bog and small washroom) on the rear of his house.......just one door and a small window.

    The door was secure, but after three weeks of it being in there, thieves got in through the window, dismantled the bike, shoved everything through the window and took it away in bits.
