Unless someone on here contacted him, there's a chance he could be a forum member!? Why would he take just that item off unless he had prior warning?
He's just re listed it at the same price with the same pictures - well weird!!! Don't look, he will be testing - just view another item and search sellers other items without clicking to view - I'll post a link to one in a minute It's the only Ducati item he is selling out of 275 items...
As has been suggested, buy a cheap item off him and ask if you can collect as you are "close-by". Get his address and pass it on to the police.
Wait for the Law - if they aren't helpful we will get him but remember he may have bought it. Highly likely he has sat on it for a few months before listing though. If so a lot of his stuff will be hooky.
Seems as if he has an awful lot of parts from several bikes on offer. Unless he owned them all (unlikely), he is either breaking them, through legitimate acquisitions or he is fencing stolen goods.
Police just left, taken lots or images and proof of sale/refund from me and gone back to station to write it out on there pc and will comeback for me to sign it later or 2mora. Will be well happy if get it back, no reason That I shouldn't Now just need them to find my stolen 2010 gixer that was stolen in 2012.
And why portray him as a white fence - should it not be muticolour-cultural like all media seems to be now. Perhaps 3% or so of the posts should have turbans on too perhaps with AK47's resting on them so as not to offend :Wideyed:
hope the police go get the bastige and at the very least retrieve your tank.......if not I would be asking for police ombudsman details.
