Not sure what he meant to say. May be it was so deep..... that saying nothing at all was...really deep (voice of hippy from young ones). All gone very quiet!
It's quite highly priced for a 748E which is the base model for that year and it looks completely stock apart from the quick change rear sprocket carrier and it's a 2001 model. Even if you wanted the almost obligatory Termi's you would then have to hunt around and pay some more for those plus anything else that you might think needs doing, suddenly it becomes a £5,000 bike!!!!!
I could proably do £2k but i doubt very much it'd be sold at that price. I'd keep it standard I think. Not too fussed on power as I got 1199 to fulfil that need
In the late eighties I rode a cx 500 around where I lived in Dublin dressed as a nun from head to toe. Oh and none of this is a joke too Granted it was halloween night
Nope not forgot to paint it, if you scratch the fairing or get stone chip you can see it is white underneath so therefore the black has been sprayed on to a white base.
Some people are very sensitive about their poor decision making with regard to the colour (or absence) of their Ducati. Note: To avoid any future reminders (aka."digs") don't make posts saying Yellow is best etc. When clearly Red is the bestest and fastest colour. Oh and I do love a wordsmith.
Just to get back on topic (sorry) didn't the 2001 come with 5 spoke wheels? May be a 2000 or earlier registered in 2001.
