Help With Billy Bragg Song????????????

  1. Hello Comrades, can anyone help me remember what TV show used this fantastic Billy Bragg song as it's theme? A Lover Sings.....

  3. Thanks but have found the TV show, but..... it wasn't him' it was the Black Keys, the music sure sounds the same tho' ???



    Just the words are completely different.

  7. When I first started dating my wife she used to laugh at my singing of billy Bragg songs while showing. A few months later we did some spring cleaning and played the whole of my CD collection over the weekend.
    When we finally got to Bily Bragg she fell about laughing saying saying that I was more in tune than the CD!

  9. Billy Bragg, while not to everyones taste, is someone you English should be very proud of, a man of passion and principles, who is prepared to stand up for those principles for no personal gain whatsoever. A rare commodity in the entertainment business.

  16. I saw John Otway perform at the Farmyard Bike Rally in Helmsley about 10 years ago. He's mad as a box of frogs :)
