anybody got a set of cases for the above for sale. Or suggestions as to what if any other cases may fit. I have friend at work who's bike has been sat at a garage for 2 years waiting for new cases The mains went and it appears they have spun in the case and wrecked them
If its a 3-phase alternator from '99 on then they are the same as the injection 900SS and Monsters. If it's 97-98 I don't know but possibly the same as pre 98 SS and Monster. The engine bolts increased form 10mm to 12mm around 1999/2000. Possibly all the 3-phase cases are 12mm bolts. It might be easiest to pick up an SS or Monster engine and swap the barrels, pistons and heads.
When I spoke to him tonight he wasn't sure what year it was thinks it's 2000. I will let him know and see what he wants to do. Thanks for the replies
