It's a cool place which is far more liberal than you might think - in many respects a lot more liberal than the UK. But these new speeding sanctions (introduced in 2013 actually) are just ridiculous. The motorway one isn't really a problem - I don't need to do 200 kph on a motorway. The ones in urban areas aren't a problem - I respect urban speed limits in any case, so for me the sanctions are academic. But the "national speed limit applies" sanctions are really horrible. And you have to factor in that the nearest circuit is not in the country and at least 200 km away, so if you went for a few laps, you're looking at an entire weekend away (unless you want to add a 400 km trip on to your circuit time). It's just totally pants.
