....for a really good pair of inlet manifold rubbers for my 750SS........ .......otherwise mine will be going on with silicone. AL.
I'll have a word with my foreman at work tomorrow. I stripped his low mileage 600SS for him a few weeks ago and I'm sure they are one of the bits that survived his little off. No idea of what they would be worth though. An ideas of value?
I had two pairs sent me that were a bit worn, both for £8-00 per pair....so I guess somewhere in that region maybe.... Check the part number on them though.... Thanks AL.
Thanks Steve, but don't worry about it.......One of them appears to be drawing air when cold, but eases significantly when hotter.....In the circumstances, I have cranked them up bl**dy tight which is the worse thing to do, but it has eased it temporarily (until the clip cuts through the rubber!!!) It's just making them difficult to balance properly, because I think one is intermittently pulling air while I'm trying to get them right....a squirt of carb cleaner settles it down, then just as I get the long screwdriver in place without burning my arm, I can hear it change again!! AL.
Put your tongue away..................................although, on second thoughts................................
Yippee! Thanks to Three Cross Got some......Brand new (old stock) still wrapped.....£20 Three Cross Motorcycles still have a large amount of Ducati spares to get rid of.....find them on ebay. AL.
