he was just on his way to shoot the shit out of your mother..........or someone else's mother for that matter.. id say that was reasonable in the circumstances
what was the original information on the job.....had he shot someone previously, was he about to, what had the witnesses said or seen, who was he, what previous did he have, ...... i would say the police driver may just have saved that mans life if the alternative was being shot dead....
Totally justified IMO by the time the copper stopped, got out the car, drew, he probably would have been dead as the rifle would have been more accurate....all he had to do was aim....the car....
