DMC moto Preston It's my first time dealing with this dealerships so far..... Andy, Russ and team have been very pleasant and courteous with me every time I've been in contact with them, since I placed my order for a new multi back in January this year. They know this is my first Ducati and how excited I'm to get it. I do intend to buy quite a few mods off them and all the servicing done with them, so I will add more comments as the I deal with them down the road. I don't suspect I will have any negative comments, because as to date they have been brill. Keep up the good work guys.........
Respectfully all the positives you mention involve funds passing from you to the dealer. A true test will be trying to get a timely warranty claim or dealing with a contentious issue. But then again you have just bought a ducati so the above scenarios are unlikely to occur..

Will do Rob. Buying mine from Bikers on Jersey as no longer have a dealer on Guernsey. So far great. Told today by phone bike on way, only ordered last Monday.
still waiting mine he has only 1 standard model available right now. my s model will come 2-3 weeks time waiting isn't cool.
