Ducati Wolves Horrible Bunch

Discussion in 'Ducati General Discussion' started by Sharky67, May 5, 2015.

  1. Had my bike booked in for a service 2 months ago . They called me 5pm the day before sighting they are over booked and can't take my bike in and will call me when they can .. I asked when will it be and the owner sighted not sure .. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour . Has anyone else experienced this from them ???

  2. Ducati wolves also said im free to use another dealer .. Absolute time wasters .... As I waited 2 months for them .. Tony was his name .. Mans got grandiose !!!

  3. Not good service, but at least they are being honest. Having too tight a schedule can in the case of some unscrupulous people in the motor trade result in vehicles getting a minimal service and a good wash, instead of what was actually in the service schedule. We've all heard stories about giving the oil filter a good polish, etc.

  4. Hi sharks could not agree more they're atitude stinks I would not take a bike of mine there

  5. It was a let down .. Big time .. As I could have given it to another dealer .. I think if they were nice about it .. And said sorry .. How about bring it in next week and we can see what we can do .. Would have been great .. BUT go away .. We have no time for you is disgusting .. Any way onwards and upwards .. Any other dealer in Midlands that are good ..

  6. I understand your gripe with one employee but I don't think you've given them a chance. Perhaps you should contact the dealer principal to see if they can put the situation right. If not then you should name and shame.

  7. So did you talk to the dealer principal?

  8. I have spoken to Dawn a couple of times via PM and Facebook
Give her a call and see what she can do for you tell her about the forum and how unhappy you are

  10. tony said he was the owner . Normally a principal does work I agree . He said he owned the joint and far worse problems are going on in the world .. Left me baffled

  11. In which case I agree with you then. If that is the case then I don't blame you for your stance.

  12. I called another dealer in Coventry told him the story and he told me to bring it in so he can service it before the MCN bike festival which was the initial plan till wolves done me over

  13. I'm not sure but I think Dawn is his partner
Give her a call and speak to her it couldn't hurt to cover all bases

  14. Yep ! That sounds like Tony....... He's not the most personable person I've ever met. Dawn, his wife, has always been pleasant.
