I have a height restriction problem and would need to remove the screen and mirrors (for transportation) which leaves the two black plastic supports for the screen protruding, would one of you be kind enough to give me a height dimension at this point please.
Thanks for that, just to confirm that 136 dim is after the screen has been removed and to the top of the black plastic screen supports Also from looking at photos online a can not determine if i will be able to get a tie down strap around the bottom triple clamp, could you possibly take a look for me
Yes it is top of the screen supports, about 136 cm... I did strap my bike from passenger foot pegs, and engine cover tubes, what comes in enduro pack.. i did strap it down with 4 straps and it was inside a big Transit for 600 km and did not move at all
Once again thanks, no enduro pack in this case, I will have to find another way to tie down the front end
That would be great, much appreciated Also just a question about that 136 dim, can I assume that's when the supports are in there lowest position, as 136 is more than I would have guessed given the bikes overall height is suppose to be 1440 (screen in low position)
