  11. If you think that's bad try this one, the nutter freeclimbs it to do the same thing. Keep watching to the end if you can, just when you think he's at the top he climbs what can only be described as a scaffold pole with bolts in it!

    Your knuckles will go white clutching at the arms of the sofa and your sphincter will twitch uncontrollably, but that's normal apparently!
