Been to see my surgeon for the results today,physio discharged me,my one and only visit,as I'd been doing all my stretching exercises and they were pleased enough. My surgeon told me that I have a greater risk of the cancer coming back again as the tumour was so large,and out of the 28 nodes they took out,5 had cancer cells,which I suppose I should be grateful for.Was justing hoping it would be an ALL CLEAR...but I suppose they cannot say that these days in case they get sued....so ....onward with the radiotherapy,dunno when yet,bit pissed off and just want to crawl away and hide.Thank you for such brilliant support,you're all awesome! My memory's crap these days but wasn't there some talk of combining two treatments a few weeks ago, that gave excellent results? See if you can't push for that - it's the squeaky hinge that gets oiled and all that. You go girl

Hiya all you lovely people I have returned,after a much needed non-Radar break. Hubby surprised me when he went and did the shopping Friday,bought me a bottle of my very own.....not to share with ANYONE.......Hendricks Gin I was in a gin and tonic haze nearly all weekend......lovely On another subject,ie., my treatment,I have an appointment on Thursday 1st with my oncologist,to see if I am ready for the radiotherapy....all bloody three weeks of it :Jawdrop: I've already got my list of questions...oh and they'll be shutting down my ovaries just for good measure.......menopause anyone????? :Inpain::Nailbiting::Rage::Grumpy:epressed::Walkingdead:
