A Dilemma..........

  1. ............now what shall I do?..........

I have an option on either of two houses..............

One is in the Norfolk Broads and the other is 4.5miles from Snetterton Circuit (;))

    I wonder which one I should choose..........

  2. Take the broads, or you will become a NIMBY ;)

  3. What? You mean 'No Intention Meeting Bradders, Yes'?

  4. The Broads are nice......Unless you sleepwalk.

  9. If the Broads overflow in heavy rain, possibly...........but the garden isn't 4.5miles long to reach a race track......

  10. The Wetcati is ideal for you, Exige. I can see you on that at Bridlington.

  11. The Broads, the noise from Snetterton will lose its fun side very quickly.

  12. Snetterton @ 4.5miles downwind should be minimal noise.......

.............whereas The Broads village and surrounding roads will be packed full of boaty tourists for the spring, summer and autumn..........

  13. Mmmm, it's a dilemma. I bet you can hear Snetterton tho. Worth a listen on a day the track's in use.

  14. There is a huge pig farm pretty close to Snetterton. If your proposed house purchase is downwind, I can only hope your sense of smell has already been entirely burned out.

  15. and pig shite smell...........unless the prevailing wind direction reverses............

...........mind you, there are pig, livestock and poultry premises all over Norfolk.............and the Broads isn't that quiet with all the popping boat engines and tourist traffic..........
