I've always wondered if the racetracks give free season tickets to locals to bribe them out of being NIMBYs? perhaps you could negotiate??
Because I used to race at there and I still know a lot of the people and officials, I asked the nice lady at the entrance kiosk if she had any special terms for an ex-racer...... ........."Yes" she said.............."F**k Off!"......... I still got in at a very reduced rate........
I would need two wouldn't I? One to sit in and one on my head............... ..........I would look like a bloody large Hi-hat from a drum kit.
And now I'm not moving (for the time being anyway).............why can't effing idiots sort their finances before they get solicitors involved?? That's just cost me for abortive legal fees............effing tw*ts.
