mate you have know idea just how much pleasure i have had in the past after filling up,drinking up or eating out then presented some real pound stirling. too be fair nobody has refused them. just a few grumbles.

There's a good run through the Galloway forest South from Craig to Glentrool. I've only done half of it as the snow got too deep in March last year when I was headed to Portpatrick for St Patrick's day. If you make it to the lakes the road that runs past Buttermere and over the Honister Pass is nice if you get the weather. Slightly fewer cyclists than you'll find on Hardknott his time of year (I'm cycling it on Monday after scafell on Sunday which follows swimming wastwater on Saturday :Nailbiting:. Not my idea.
