Hi After the winter when I inserted the battery , started my bike so I could run one kilometer or so, then the battery was out . It got a new battery , but got the same result with the new. Charge relay ? Article numbers on this . Thanks for help. Regards Johnny
Probably rectifier/regulator not working but check connections and earth to it 1st. Get a digital volt meter on battery terminals to test. Fully charge battery. You're looking for 12-12.5v static 13.3-14v motor running at 3k revs.
Does the bike start normally (ie quickly)? If not - perhaps your starter sprag bearing is dying? I've had this and it took me AGES to diagnose. The bike would flatten batteries trying to start it - because the engine was turning over slightly too slowly to be able to start normally.
Hi There is no problems when i charge the battery and plug it in, it starts directly, no problems at all. Thanks for the replys
