Movie Season Is Upon Us

  1. Seems an age since I've been to the movies and plenty on the horizon

    Spectre - looks a bit samey from the trailer but 007 so it's a must see

    Crimson Peak - interesting guillermo del toro directed (loved pans labyrinth)

    New Star Wars - say no more

    Batman vs Superman - not really my thing

    the Martian - wait for the DVD

    However you can't beat a bit of fantasy with Vin and Cain [emoji6]

  3. Watched, The Maze runner, (Scorch trials)
    Good all round film with a lot of action, similar to the Hunger games.

    Bond is on my list,

  5. After 12 years of living in Farnborough (during most of which period a cinema was allegedly coming soon) the cinema here finally opened in May.

    Next on my must see list is the Martian. Saw the trailer and just read a good review of it in New Scientist.

    I dare say we'll also see Spectre when it comes out.

  6. i have dejango the bastid on dvd i got yonks ago, might give it a go later. been saying that for about 12months now. never get time for a movie

  18. Watched Bond tonight very good film. lots of action i would have liked to see more car chase's and i still think Skyfall was bit better,
    Next on the list is The Hunger games.
