Multi-bike or multi-car insurance policies. Here's a suggestion: before you commit, ask about No Claims Discounts. In future if you leave this company (maybe following a big premium hike), and you seek quotes from other companies, will you get multiple NCDs? Or will you only get one NCD, making it very expensive to insure your second or third bike?
I'd never come across this before but this year got a stupidly high renewal offer from Bennetts who seemed to have adopted the NCD only counting for the 1st bike (they definitely didn't previously) I went with Carole Nash
When you begin multi bike insurance it's only one policy Peter so you only get a single no claims discount building up. I think all multi bike policies are like this. I looked at a separate policy this year due to already having an existing Multi – motorbike policy and so my no claims discount would've started at zero. The whole thing is a scam club to which they all belong – if it were genuinely to do with a bonus linked to not claiming then every vehicle insured would be cheaper.
Not all @Chris . Some multi policies offer separate NCDs, others don't. I was suggesting it is worth enquiring about this point before signing up. It might even be cheaper in the long run to get separate policies than multi-bike.
Ok @Pete1950 - I am all ears  would love to know insurance agents etc who offer separate NCD on a multi bike policy. Call me a cynic, but even if they do I feel sure there will be a catch.
Sounds pretty good 'cos I think you are a lot younger than me  I paid around 140 for three bikes including 851 and Raptor 1000 and that was with some 'form'.
Don't touch Bennett - totally useless in my experience... Shame you're not older, you could try Saga. They always seem to be able to come up with a good deal.
