I'm hoping to replicate the RS rear hub (look) on my current build. Andy the Android has very kindly sent me some pictures of his set up. Appears (silly me) that it's not a standard size clip. Anyone have one or know of a suitable alternative? Wire diameter is 3mm. Part number 685 100 11A (or 11B) Cheers
The Ducati site i go on says that part number is no longer available, i would also be interested i one if someone finds a source.
Easy enough to make one...........You need a vice, some ally jaw plates (to protect the clip) and a selection of sockets (to bend it). I have made small ones that fit in brake pad retaining pins as well as larger ones for axles / nuts. The attached shows smaller diameter than usual stainless pins and the clips which I knocked up for a rear caliper.....non-Ducati.
