Well it looks like the soon to be former members of an exclusive golf club are up in arms after the club has become too exclusive even for them. Oh dear me, what a shame.
Fecking Bastid of a hateful game. Just don't get it. I worked for an elderly couple , would class them as the last of the Irish linen barons , his wife told me never to become involved in the game as it's addictive .
I may be wrong but I view golf clubs as places the members all look down their noses at each other, and most defiantly down on us.

yip, invented up here i think?. every one in my family played it, members of old ranfurly bridge of wier. that was a bit posh right enough.
i can think of worse ways to live. the one i do work for always have a good story to tell. dought they would ever swap for a life in the meat grinder.
I remember hacking a few golf balls around Ballater golf course one summer on a company outing, I even won a prize, it was for the highest score of the day, dead easy game golf.
