Well I wasn't going to set one for 2016. But I am now. I want to go on a European tour with @Pete1950, if he'll have me. Can't make the current planned one, but want to do the next one if that's ok with you guys?
I once caused total mayhem in Pizza hut when they asked my preference for type. All I said was I don't like that "Cheese under the rim one you do"
Would also quite like to get back to a sensible weight, it's not a New Years resolution really as I've been getting worried for a while! I am 90kg, used to be 115kg but at my best and fittest I was 82. I'll settle for 84kg
90 kg? What's that in real money - stones and pounds? I wouldn't worry (within reason) about increasing weight so much as sagging performance. As long as you've got at least 100 bhp with 90 kg that's a pretty good power to weight ratio.
Good idea. So you doubt whether you will be well enough and recovered enough for riding to Germany in late May 2016? Well so do I - it depends how my treatment for the big C progresses. I still plan to go, but if four successive long days of long rides is too much, I might have to take a 'day off' resting up in the middle. How does that sound to you? It's still five months away, so time to get some convalescing done.
Gonna try and be alot more chilled out ,and not let things bother me so much , how i used to be before my accident :angry:but still and will not suffer any fools
Pete...it's more to do with my Winter holiday shopping in New York not being do-able. It's the furthest that Virgin would bump my tickets ~ 6 months (at £200 each fee). This clashes with your planned tip dates. At present my left grip is poor (clutch) as is the wrist. I walk with a pronounced limp, so perhaps gear changing and stops for junctions would be perilous for those to the left of me.
@finm.....this is what you look like in my head. My imagination is turned up to 11 at the moment...but not as bad as Tramadol.
