ldman:Okay so there must be a few 'Follically challenged' men on here who clearly are going or in Satsoomers case gone bald. I barely have any hair left now and actually enjoy not buying shampoo and having to dry it. Is it a stigma I ask and do any members worry about losing their locks in the professional environment ? Who cares. Move on and be freeldman:
i had hair all da way down to me ass before i started in the motor trade. not anymore. it might of been the cider bottle i had smashed over me head that started the fall out. or was it the fall out that resulted in me getting a bottle smashed over my head?.. anyhoo he is no longer with us. shaved it back to the bone about twenty years ago. never looked back. i got way more interest from the wummin after shaving it than i did when it was long and healthy. shave it. as i am constantly saying.
I'm also loosing it fast. I'd like to keep it, but does anything actually work? If I had 20K to spend it would be on a new Ducati not an arse hair transplant, if that's what it costs.
My grandfather went bald at the age of 20..........I had a Rod Stewart haircut when I was 21..........and then I had a Phil Collins one at about 35..............after that it got cropped short just so I didn't look as though I was losing my hair........now I just crop it with the clippers, no guide fitted...........saves a lot of arsing about particularly when I take my crash helmet off. I really don't give a damn............. .......apart from this morning when I got caught in two rainstorms without a hat.............like icy needles hitting my head.
If you look on the "it's me" thread it's a given that Ducati men are bold as most look the same Nothing wrong with a baldy just look at Jason Statham *swoon*
Can't stop him being the same knob of a character in every film though [emoji6] As you can see from the "it's me" thread, I just shave all mine. So much easier and I can do it myself before a shower. Embrace the baldness and get rid of the lot. Looks far worse trying to win a losing battle with a few whisps
Mine started going at mid 30's (Now 42) Few years ago took some clippers to it and have had a skin head ever since, and as you can see it suites me
As soon as I thinned out on top, I was about 40, I got it shaved off. The decision went something like, "I'd rather shave it off than look like I was trying to look like I wasn't going bald", if that makes any sense. I think it was a reaction to seeing Arthur Come-over Scargill on telly in my youth. It's still a choice I'd rather I hadn't had to make. But look at the alternative: :fearscream:
I've never lost mine but it's gone from a mousey brown to completely white over the years and it's still a shock when the barber chops it off and I see the carpet of white hair around the chair. Over the years I've had many friends who've lost some or all their hair and I've always been of the view that you should not try and 'cover it up'. Style is about 'carrying it off' with what you've got. Would you buy a cheap chinese bike and dress it up to look like a Ducati??? Ho Ho Ho!
oh no! It appears i've joined the ranks of Paris Hilton... Leaked video of me on the net :tearsofjoy:
