Thats the sort of thing I'd be interseted in, IAM advanced rider, more med quals than I can shake a stick at and have a interest in both cycling and motorcycling events. Unfortunately my 1098 isn't the most practicle of escort type bikes.
one of the lead riders uses an 848, so a 1098 should be a doddle, its great for filtering unlike my R1200GSA
When we were last at Silverstone, we chatted to one of the Police Bikesafe riders and he suggested this. I was one of the marshals for the Reading Santa run last year and must admit I enjoyed it. Sadly apart from 3 months training by a Thames Valley Traffic officer on an RAC/ACU sponsored scheme some 46 years ago I have no formal advanced rider qualification although I do have more recent advanced car driver training. Would I be able to offer my services ? Andy
