A long shot I know but here's why: He purchase a 1098 Cable Upgrade Kit from me off Ebay on the 16th May He then complained it hadn't arrive and left me in no doubt it was my fault! I checked the tracking (provided to him at time of posting) it said attempted delivery earlier the day he complained. I told him this and he needed to get in touch with his local post otherwise it would be returned to me (this was on Saturday) Yesterday he raised a dispute with me on Ebay and messaged saying he wants to know what I am doing about it. Again I tried to tell him the tracking shows failed delivery and he really needs to sort it before the package is returned. He didn't reply to this. Today I discussed with Ebay, who checked and told me his address doesn't appear to exist. They immediately reversed the decision to hold my money and ruled in my favour. Not sure if it was a fraudulent attempt - but if he is genuine and misunderstood / didn't speak English then it would be nice once the goods are returned (if they ever are) to help him out. I don't like dissatisfied customers :smileys: It did seem a bit strange though...
Bump He's only just been in touch demanding I tell him who has received his item  I have tried telling him again to get in touch with the local parcel office before the item is returned - I get the feeling I wont see the item again!
Google is your friend. Write your chosen text into google translate, copy and paste into eBay communication. Make sure you keep evidence to support your version when numb nuts complains again. Andy
Cheers, yes I use that a lot :smileys: Ebay have confirmed his case has been closed and they have awarded in my favour - surprised as a seller but they were very understanding! Waiting for his bad feedback now, but they have said they will remove it
