Looking to buy a set of termignoni slip on's for my 899. Question 1 - Anyone know of any dealers doing any sort of discount on the slip on's ? Question 2 -Is it worth buying just the slip ons off ebay / abroad, or do i need the up map key to get the true benefit from the cans? Any help or links appreciated :thumbsup:
Personally I would find some second hand cans on eBay and get the ECU mapped. It should work out cheaper and be a much better map.
Yep, plenty of decent secondhand cans around, pointless paying double for a new set really. As for the up-map, yes you need to get it sorted (either by the dealer or a custom map from somewhere else) not just to get the best from the cans, but to ensure your bike is running correctly. The Termi's do away with the cats and the bike needs a map to suit.

You're right, I did a quick scan of eBay and couldn't find any. Normally there are one or two sets for sale. I guess it's a case of keep looking and maybe setup some eBay alerts to notify you when some come up for sale? I'm sure you won't be waiting long. Ebay obviously isn't the only source of second hand Termi cans, there are the Panigale Facebook groups etc which are worth keeping an eye on. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Decided to get the Termi slip ons and upmap key from "Ducatiparts-online" based in the Netherlands £300 cheaper than anywhere I could find in the UK with free UPS tracked postage. Will fit them myself and then take my bike to local dealer for the upmap key to be loaded onto the bike.
