I thought The new kid who reviewed the Focus was really good. Mat le blanc isn't half bad. Evans is only just bareable. But no doubt I'll continue to watch it as there's cock all else on Tv @ that time.
For the first I did actually laugh out loud at the end bit with Le whatshisname in that car. What car was that ? Jesus, that was fast. I agree with other comments. With less Evans and more the others the program gets better which makes me wonder if you dropped him altogether would we all be happy ? Also , I don't believe for a second he barfed in that Audi. Not one second.
I watched the last ten minutes and I quite liked Matt le watsit racing around London Then Chris Evans came on and spoilt it Why does he shout!!!
Depending on when you signed up with Plusnet, you may be using a TG582n "Technicolour" router. If you're having trouble with speed/connectivity on your local WiFi (rather than the Broadband ADSL link - although it sounds like you have problems with that) then the router may not be helping. I realised that mine was the source of problems with connectivity in some areas of the house, and that the router was worse than one that had been supplied to me several years earlier; there is plenty of criticism of the TG582n but I believe that Plusnet supply better ones now. It can help a lot sometimes to add a second router, repeaters or whatever, to maintain good connectivity around your house.
well last nite was ok,, with that car line up, ( R8, Fer TDF , the best MK 1 Mustang i have ever seen and a few nice hot hatches ) , how could they go wrong,, ok we had the volume down as we were watching the live stream Canadian GP so could not hear any of the shouting etc, tho the bit with the sceptic tank leafing throo the A to Z whilst Ken Block did his thing round London was a lil bitty funny .
Yep, they had some good cars on last night. The only bit I skipped through last night was the "star in a car" bit. Ken Block is always good and the Mustang was awsome. The new R8 was nice and I managed to tolerate Evans to see the car. The Ferrari segment was watchable. Evans did noticeably much less presenting this week, with Matt LeBlanc doing much of the work.
Router is a new breed 3 ariel TP Link thingy, the 3rd router in 6 months (different makes) to rule out router! Openreach engineer came today and confirmed some othe houses in the street are suffering from random dropouts! Says it's been assigned to technical team and called it REIN, explained the achronym but it went over my head! They think it's an extreanious form of interference!
It means Openreach's cables are shagged, riddled with damage and patch repairs and they're trying to blame interference from nearby power cables or the house's electrical system or anything else they can dream up to get out of the expense of replacing the cables. That's what happens when an infrastructure company has a natural monopoly.
I decided to give it a watch as I would like an R8 sometime in the future but that bloody Sabine woman was annoying!!!! Other than that I quite enjoyed it less of Chris Evans would be good Liking the Ford RS too I liked the guy reviewing it and star in the mini yep like that also Overall not bad might check out the next one
OMG she has no personality Just giggles screams and laughs I was waiting for her technical expertise while she was driving but I think she was out to impress Chris Evans and nothing Rather watch paint dry
Gimlet, Thanks for your insight, it's worth understanding, was looking at fibre but unless they sort out the copper element, looks like I'm fuuuked!!
Evans reminds me of a Duracell battery, a copper coloured top and something that annoyingly just keeps going on and on for far too long... The Yank reminds me of the rabbit in the same adverts, toothy dum grin and a drum to keep banging on with.. X
[QUOTE="Noods, post: 768963, member: 23781" toothy dum grin and a drum to keep banging on with.. X[/QUOTE] well he is a yank .
I think that pic of him in the paper slumped against the wall with a bottle of plonk means that he's taking the criticism constructively...
I always found solutions to any problem at the bottom of a bottle of Scottish! All of them the wrong choice
