899 Rear Compression

  1. How many full turns from hard to soft I get 3 but the hand book says 3.5 for comfort settings ?

  2. Yep, I only got 3 also, not that it did anything!! Had the shock modified by MCT who claim there is a fault with the stock valving and now 0.5 turn makes a noticeable difference to ride and no surfing the seat over fast bumps

  4. Taking off some of the excessive preload makes the biggest difference.

  5. After a 120 mile ride I could feel the compression had been softened the bike squats down on acceleration at the rear now
