998 Slipper Spider Spring

  1. Found out why my slipper clutch had recently turned into an evil snatchy pig :(, I've replaced it with a fixed billet STM one for the moment while I track down some parts. It's a Yoyodyne one from across the pond and don't know how easy it's gonna be to get original parts, I've read that it's almost identical to the STM slipper so it may be easier to track them down, does anybody know of a supplier that may have a replacement spring? I'm also thinking I'll probably use it on my 1098 project in which case I'll also need the larger shouldered nut? Any pointers appreciated :Bookworm:

  2. That looks like a standard OE slipper clutch spider spring so readily available from a dealer or eBay. Expect to pay about £60. Andy
