  4. I cant help feel this is like a sad reflection of our referendum.


    “They’ve taken our England/Clarkson away it’ll never be the same again”

    Despite the fact that top gear/england was tired, dated and littered with problems long before the referendum or new top gear kicked off.


    You know the best move this country could ever do?


    Take the Great out of Great Britain (and our heads out of our own arseholes).

  7. I can't help agreeing with Red.
    The sooner we accept that we don't have an empire any more, nor do we really have a commonwealth, and stop pretending that we are still a "great" nation the better. We need to stop living on past glories and admit that we are one small island on the edge of Europe. That way we could stop wasting money on ridiculous aircraft-carriers, stop interfering in other countries, stop pretending that we are particularly relevant on a global stage, and just get on with a nice quiet tolerant life.
    Nothing to do with Top Gear, I know - apologies for the wandering off-topic...

With what they've got there - Chris Harris should be fronting it.....lets say for arguments sake - the old 3 were on there, one decided to leave - Hammond for example - Chris harris would slot straight in. You can tell he, loves what he does, is interesting to watch and I like what he has to say....the Vulcan review I thought was brilliant...pie in the sky money and no one would be able to afford one but he did, and does a good job...

    I have seen a segment of about 90 seconds of the new TG, much of which featured the Evans creature and I was frankly appalled. Hope.
