  4. Sold this today.
Bought it as a non runner. Got it running and tidied it up but I`m sorry to say, it`s the only bike I`ve not been sad to see go, just never really bonded with it.

One more bike to sell now then I think something to greenlane on, an XR 400 maybe.

  5. Bought a shiny new Tamron 70-300mm zoom lens. I believe it's an older model but for a pretty much unbelievable £84.99 brand new, an absolute steal! Even more so when you consider the other (higher spec) lens Tamron do with the same zoom is £399 - still very reasonable.

  6. Finally finished the carb mods on my '77 Goldwing which I started on back in Jan and then got distracted with other things. It now starts, ticks over and runs superbly. Wish I had done it months ago. Looking forwards to plenty of miles now.:grinning:

  7. Just got back from the beach with all the topless women and no i didn't take any photos well not this time :Woot:

  8. Was at the local garage for 8:30 this morning to get the Seat serviced. No dramas so got the trailer hooked up and went to collect the 853 after it's 600 mile inspection service. Again no dramas so popped up to say hello to Luke and was pleasantly surprised to be told that Santa had dropped by :D mmmmm, shiny !

My new jeans had finally arrived as well as had the performance petrol cap for Carole's Diavel. Expensive day but what the hell, you can't take it with you. Andy

  14. I rode up to the highlands with Tobytyke and a few others. We went the long way up, and did about 350 miles. It lashed down all the way to Penrith then dried up on scotchland.

By the time we got to the hotel the sun was out and cracking the flags.

It's pissing down the noo (as they say up here). Should be meeting up with fin again this morning too :)
