899 Rear Sprocket Nuts

  1. Has anybody got the torque wrench settings for the rear sprocket nuts on a panigale 899

  2. From the draft manual - M10 x 1.0 - 44NM

  3. Should have some thread lock on them as well.

  4. They spin in the Cush drive so u need an Allen key on each one, so it's a wheel out, torque them up and fit the wheel back in job

  5. Not on the 959. Just tightened the nut no problems. That isn't to say the 899 isn't different...
     
  6. Possibly but some don't spin on the first try, as the Cush drives get stuck, then once they move they move easy

  10. My understanding was that rear caliper bolts are 25Nm, fronts are 45Nm... But I'm sure someone else here knows for sure....
    (What are the instructions from?)
     
  11. Ducati service manual, in to places it says 45Nm and one saying 25 Nm

  12. Maybe a copy/paste error?! I'm fairly sure both figures are right, just that one is for fronts (45) and one is for rear (25).
