Long shot! For some bizarre reason, ducati/brembo decided for the 2010 1100 Evo SP to put the actuator pin with the brake master cylinder pump and not the lever! (See picture). I am having a nightmare trying to now get one. The SP I bought had 1098 levers fitted and no hand guards. To fit the hand guards requires shorter levers. Shorty levers just don't feel right so I bought the OEM levers but the brake lever does not come with the pin, as mentioned. The pin on the cylinder is not listed as a spare part! aargh! Please does anyone have one? The master cylinder is part number 624.4.051.1A Harry
I've got a whole master cylinder from my rsv 4 for sale... (it looks the same)... Alternatively if it is the same you may be able to get the pin from Aprilia...? Sent from my SM-P900 using Tapatalk
Cheers Andy. Was hoping to get away with buying the whole cylinder but I'll look into an RSV parts catalogue and see if it's listed I've also got my dealer taking one out of a bike they have to photograph/measure as I've found a place in the US that sells the pins if all else fails.
Well.... Mines sitting about doing nothing so if you're stuck you can borrow it for as long as you need it. Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
C Cheers Andy. I have pazzo shorty levers on at the mo so I'll pass for now and come back if I'm struggling.
Ah... That's the other thing I was thinking of... I was thinking of the bat that goes down through... Ironically a lad is borrowing my asv lever that has that... 1. I don't remember seeing that on my stock lever... 2. I reckon you could order that part from ASV....the asv one is stainless and looks more like a liquorice torpedo.
Ah. Right... Last day of the month I'll have the dosh... Cheers. Although i did spring for some velocity stacks last week.... I didnt think I'd see a set second hand ever again... Bought them within 5 mins.... There were a few waiting in the wings if i didnt pay.... Just more overdrawn than usual... Hey ho..easy come easy go.. Sent from my SM-P900 using Tapatalk
