Eastern European driver stopped for watching a movie on laptop while driving!!!!! £100.00 fine and told he won't be leaving till the laptop is removed from the dash... WHAT.THE.FUCK!!!!!!! A 40 tonne beast driven buy a fucktard who is watchin a movie posses less threat than a 200 kg bike being ridden slightly over the speed limit?
Maybe he was watching the movie on his laptop, as to use it for something else he had to move it and couldn't be arsed.
