Hi all, Ive been thinking about upgrading the gearing on my sf848, but i don't really want to change the chain, but any sprocket opinions and advise would be much appreciated. Many thanks Greg
Without changing the chain you a limited to replacing the front drive sprocket -1 tooth, it's a common modification but the smaller sprocket has a shorter life span than the original. For reference if you do go down this route, the ride height will be reduced by approx 2.5mm and should be re-set on the tie-rod. Hope this helps, kev.
