My fairing lowers have started to crack from the holes underneath where the 1/4 turn fasteners locate. Does anyone on the forum have any advice or experience of any suppliers. I've seen some on eBay, Chinese / Hongkong sellers and one in Poland. Plastic welding is an option, but will it just crack next to the weld due to being brittle. Any advice would be grateful . Make sure you have the plastic/fibre washer on the bolt.You have to get the fairing lined up just right other wise it won't go all the way,if you have to use force then it's not right,should be tips of thumb and forefinger only.
